Greene County Connections: Relatives of Jacob's widow, Mary (Parker) (Watson) Lewis are identified in his pension file. Mary's first husband was William Watson, whom she had married circa 1796-1797, in Greene County, Pennsylvania. William Watson died during the War of 1812, after which Mary married Jacob Lewis, 17 December 1816, in Tyler County, Virginia. The children born to the marriage of William Watson and Mary (Parker) Watson are named in the Lewis pension file.
